Join us February 28 for Mardi Growl, a Mardi Gras-themed parade where dogs (and their humans) can strut their stuff in costumes and celebrate community spirit. The event will take place from 2:30-4:00, will feature local vendors, music, games, and will culminate with a pet parade on Depot, stepping off at 3:00 from the corner of Irish & Depot. Save the date and bring the whole family along for a dog-gone good time!
While the event will be free to spectators, anyone wishing to participate in the parade will need to register their pet. Pre-registration rates are $15 and parade day registration is $20. Pre-register your pet online at http://www.eventbrite.com/.../greeneville-tennessee-mardi... .
Parade day check in and registration will take place in the parking lot of 129 W. Depot St.
Participants in the parade will also compete in a costume contest to be crowned King and Queen of Mardi Growl and best Human/Dog Duo. Parade spectators will also cast their votes for a fan favorite, so dress to impress and let the good times roll!
